Shipping Policy

  • Placement in our catalog is not a guarantee that an item is in stock. Contact us if immediate availability is an issue.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • In stock orders ship within 1 business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1-2 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days. 
  • Some parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 4-6 business days to arrive. We will notify you if the requested parts will take an extended time to arrive. You will have the option to proceed with or cancel the order.
  • In the event that a part has been placed on backorder, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. All orders with backordered parts will be refunded and cancelled after all methods of obtaining the part have been exhausted. We will contact you before cancelling your order.
  • Depending upon your location, Ground shipments usually take 2-7 business days.
  • Your order can be upgraded to Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for Ground and oversize orders.
  • We use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship orders. We will ship your order via one of the listed carriers at our discretion.
  • If a shipment is refused, any and all shipping charges incurred plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship C.O.D. orders.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
